I love you guys for doing this and for video taping it so that the rest of us can see that it’s O.K. to speak out what we are all feeling. Wish we had a group here where I live; would surely do the same. Thank you.

NO COMMENTS?! Your viewers must have been struck speechless! Form a musician’s view–this is GREAT! The text, tune, and “dance” really make the point in a wonderfully funny/serious way. I’ll send THIS one on!

This is a very good production. I was thinking of this song just last week. The original song was written by George Davis in the 1930s when Herbert Hoover was president, and made popular in the 1950s by Tennessee Ernie Ford.

    Thank you, that was wonderful!

You see Corporate America, when you take the arts out of the schools, the PEOPLE just take it to the streets. This LABOR of LOVE is the beginning of taking back the streets and NOT living on them!

Is it possible for you to ask for the lyrics from Phyllis Meshulam, or put her in touch with me? I am thinking of copying her idea, at least using her lyrics and coming up with our own coreography, if she is okay with that. I am so impressed, love the song, and I know a band who already plays 16 tons in their set, so I asked them to work with us. I absolutely love this idea, and they did a great job, if we could pull it off half as well I would be thrilled.

I too would love the lyrics — for our local Raging grannies and our WILPF group (could share it with the many national & international WILPF branches if that’s okay.

Also want you to know of the new helpful site: EndCorporateRule.us Will try to get your video on that site also. Thanks for the inspiration!
