Despite the chilly wind and cold rain that came down on activists at the Maryland State House in Annapolis last Monday evening, dozens of activists turned out. The movement to amend the constitution to prevent corporate power from dominating our elections and fix campaign finance law is building momentum for the battle ahead. As grassroots protests occur all over the country, it’s clear that the public is fed up with corporate domination of American politics. If we do not heed the call to action we will be bailing out corporations with taxpayers $ for the rest of our lives and our children’s lives. Spread the word get involved and donate what you can. It will be the best return on your investment. Protect and protest against this attach on democracy and the American way of life our what’s left of it.
