First, THANK YOU JOAN CLAYBROOK!!! for all your wonderful work and leadership over the years and as recently as your testimony to Congress re: Auto Bailout

Thank you for the “Promises, Promises” points you made:

Yes, the consideration and legislation requires more stringent CAFE requirements, involvement of experts among the “interested parties”, and further emphasis on safety.

As an example as you know, hand-in-hand with the technological advancements (facilitating improved fuel economy, etc.) are requirements for more sophisticated “x-by wire” safety standards. As vehicles do more and more “thinking”, industry safety standards must keep up (and ahead) of this new technology.

WOULD YOU CONSIDER MY NOMINATION FOR YOU AS OUR NATION’s CAR CZAR???????

I say don’t let the door hit you in your back side! A truly terrible, left wing anti-business radical. I really loved your work with the whole 85 mph speedometers in the 80’s. That REALLY saved lives! Have a nice retirement.
