But this new <a href="http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/metaschool/fisher/domain/tm.htm" rel="nofollow">claim</a> for copyright infringement just makes me mad. They have no control over their own lives, so they look for other people to control through litigation. Most of these sad jerks aren't married(or worse yet, are married to other attorneys who make their living at this.) More and more it sounds like our gov't is taking on the characterisics of Red Russia. Remember them- the State owned everything, they could put people in jail forever with no proof of crime just needed suspicion, and sometimes just spite. No one could speak out against them or have a difference of opinion. People had to dress, live and think like the State wanted them to with no thought or concern about what people wanted. They used to be our enemies and we fought against their tactics, beliefs and action. TODAY WE EMMENATE THEM!!!!! This is scary stuff.
