Don't we already have laws on the books to address this. We need to be ever viligent with these corrupt politicans/CEO and call them on every misdeed no matter how small or big with consequences for it. That is the way they will learn we mean business and gain back our gov't that we can trust to have our interests at heart and not big business.

As I have been saying for years, CEO's are responsible to the public's wellbeing, not to their own greed ...I have known that this practice was going on which is the reason I believe in more natural therapies and prefer going that route whenever possible...there is a pervasive belief amongst those people that make the decisions that the "little guy" is expendable and therefore can be at the effect of their deceitful practices...we need to rise up and challenge those who have little interest in our wellbeing on many levels and make them pay, both monetarily and with prison terms...it is time for change and the time is now!

Big Pharma needs to be regulated just like the financial industry needs to be reregulated. It would be nice if we could have a free market system, but as it's been proved, there is no social conscience in big industry, just greed. We also need to have stiffer enforcement with prison sentences that are long enough to deter those fudging the books and making the CEO's responsible for their underlings, that's why they're getting the big bucks, so the the buck should stop at their door with some substantial prison time and repatriating their ill gotten gains to the treasury to go towards reducing the deficit or bolstering the social security system as a lot of their ill gotten gains was at the expense of medicare.
